Hina Kato

Ms. Kato received a B.S. with Honors in Mathematics, and an M.S. in Mathematics from California State University, Hayward.

She joined EPGY in 1999 as a Mathematics Tutor. In 2005, Ms. Kato was promoted to Head Mathematics Tutor for the K-7 group, a position she held until accepting her appointment to the Online High School.

Ms. Kato speaks both English and Japanese; her pre-collegiate days were spent in Japan, Singapore, and the U.S. She enjoys traveling with her son and husband—and must—as family visits alone require trips to England, Malaysia, and Japan.
